Job Summary

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and ensuring consistent, compassionate care for seniors in their homes.

You will work closely with the operations team to build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties. You will also respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver doesn't clock in.

Additionally, you will answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system, update records and case notes in WellSky, and collaborate with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness.

Collaboration with caregivers involves conducting regular check-ins and evaluations, generating weekly reports, and keeping leadership informed.
