We are looking for a skilled professional to conceptualize, design and develop innovative toy products that cater to children's needs and preferences. This role requires strong visual design skills, understanding of child behavior and adherence to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design creative toy concepts that align with current trends and brand objectives.
  • Develop detailed designs, 3D models and prototypes using design tools.
  • Conduct user research and testing with children or parent focus groups to gather insights.
  • Evaluate designs against local and international safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, engineers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Integrate designs with marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design for children.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final products.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software.
  • Understanding of child psychology, play behavior and developmental appropriateness.
  • Familiarity with toy materials, prototyping and manufacturing processes.
  • Awareness of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
