Job Overview

This role involves serving as a liaison between clients and the bank, promoting digital banking services and ensuring seamless transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both written and oral communication, have strong analytical skills, and be adept at navigating digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for the bank's digital products and services, highlighting their benefits to customers.
  • Utilize online banking channels, self-service machines, and other digital tools to streamline customer interactions and improve overall banking experience.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently, providing timely resolutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional image by adhering to dress code standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the bank's existing and new products, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients.
  • Cross-sell bank products by informing clients about relevant services and answering inquiries.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, recorded correctly, and balanced with system totals.
  • Disclose any discrepancies or inconsistencies in transactions and cash handling to immediate supervisors.
  • Participate in Business Continuity Plans (BCP) during contingencies, assuming reliever/alternate roles when needed.
  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures by managing client traffic and participating in joint custody and dual functions.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality by keeping records confidential.
  • Monitor compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the job.
  • Contribute to meeting branch operational expense targets.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a 4-year course.
  • Digitally competent.
  • Adept in both written and oral communication.
  • Passed Functional Assessment Interview.
