Job Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the crucial link between insurance agencies, law firms, and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of medical and billing records while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Shift: Night shift, weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Good knowledge of Medical Records and HIPAA regulations
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Your Daily Tasks

  • Make a large volume of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow up on all cases assigned (minimum of 50-60 cases/day)
  • Ensure accurate and timely retrieval of requested information
  • Maintain turnaround time (TAT) within 5-6 business days
  • Retrieve a minimum of 8 records per day
  • Actively respond to emails and communicate status updates with agents/law firms
  • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
