Customer Service Representative

The Customer Support Associate position involves interfacing with customers via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital communication. The role requires providing customer service support and resolving routine problems related to clients' products or services.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') standards, clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and using decision-support tools to provide resolution.
Additionally, the representative will greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services, prepare accurate work records, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, relevant experience preferred, and strong computer navigation skills. They should be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, and adapt to changes quickly.
