About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Process daily financial transactions within the Bank's service standards (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments, etc.)
  2. Analyze customer needs and refer complaints to the Branch Manager for prompt resolution
  3. Promote the bank's products and services to generate leads
