As a Business Development Representative at UiPath, you will be the first point of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions.
- Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities).
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process.
- Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UiPath's products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
