Expert Financial Systems Specialist

As a seasoned problem solver, you will be part of a collaborative team working to resolve complex business issues from strategic planning to execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of end-to-end S/4HANA solutions across multiple sites.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to conduct thorough business needs analysis, identifying key challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing targeted strategies to drive business outcomes, focusing on process improvements, solution application requirements, and performance measurements.
  • Coordinating the deployment and enablement of new systems, creating comprehensive roadmaps and plans to achieve desired results.
  • Executing large-scale ERP implementations and transformational change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, efficiency enhancements, and capabilities development.
  • Supporting pursuit teams in accessing tenders, developing proposals, winning projects, and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring effective communication among team members, resolving issues that hinder productivity, and coaching others to take ownership of their professional growth.
  • Analyzing complex ideas, developing actionable recommendations, and leveraging diverse stakeholder perspectives to create innovative solutions.
  • Addressing sub-standard work, maintaining high standards, and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
