Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our finance team in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The ideal candidate will be an expert in financial modules, with a proven track record of successfully managing and completing end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements
  • Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud
  • Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules
  • Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
