Junior Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work with internal teams to elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements. You will also meet with clients to analyse and document their individual needs.

  • You will create high-level and detailed user stories of solution features and functions, adding to product backlog for updates and prioritisation.
  • You will translate business requirements into detailed functional / technical requirements.
  • You will work with the Product and Engineering teams to determine work scope, and elicit confident estimates for delivery timeframes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure that project timelines are met and deadlines are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Junior Test, Product, or Business Analyst in agile (scrum), cross-functional teams, delivering complex products and projects.
  • Experience in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to use different visualisation tools to communicate meaning.
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of business process mapping and data flow.
