System Specialist Role

The role of a System Specialist involves the maintenance of existing applications, system monitoring, document management, troubleshooting, master maintenance, and change request management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the System Specialist will provide user support, manage vendors, and summarize requirements from users for new system implementation. Furthermore, they will propose improvements and support new system implementation projects.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of application development and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any IT or Business-related field
  • 2-3 years of extensive experience in system development and application maintenance
  • Knowledge of application development and maintenance
  • Ability to understand user requirements through active and empathetic listening
  • Willingness to learn new skills and concepts
