The Power BI Developer will be part of a global team and responsible for creating impactful analytics in Power BI to transform the way clients use their data to make decisions.

As a key member of our Reporting Implementation Team, you will take the lead on supporting Power BI report builds for new clients and enhancing existing reports.

  • Develop bespoke Power BI Dashboards from templates using applicant tracking system data and internal data warehouse information.
  • Enhance Power BI reports to enable users to interpret and analyze data to identify trends and measure performance against goals.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by stakeholders.
  • Audit data, highlight variances, and improve data quality.
  • Help continually improve data management, suggest solutions to avoid problems, and anticipate future data needs.

Key Skills:

  • End-to-end Power BI development experience
  • Data transformation skills using Power Query or M
  • DAX proficiency
  • Data visualization and presentation expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with emerging Microsoft Power Platform trends and technologies
  • High attention to detail and fluency in English
