Work as a Performance Insights Specialist to deliver actionable data-driven insights and drive business growth through strategic planning and goal-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee performance scorecards, leveraging advanced analytical techniques to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy balanced scorecard solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing stakeholders with actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences, using data storytelling and visualization techniques to convey key insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Index Match, XLOOKUP, Analysis Toolpak, and VBA.
  • Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate complex ideas through compelling data stories.
  • Experience working Agile and familiarization with JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
