Job Title: Account Officer

This position is responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with target customers in the marketing, credit, and remedial officer roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial analysis and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably as an Account/Sales Officer.
  • Strong product and market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales/Leasing experience in a bank or leasing and finance company is an advantage.
