We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at EMS Services Philippines Inc. in Manila, Philippines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to leverage their sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets; Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation;
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention;
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress;
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business-related field;
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles, proficient computer skills (MS Office), ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
  • Additional Requirements: Possession of a non-professional driving license, willingness to perform research to improve knowledge and understanding in sales effectiveness, product application, and technology.

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
