Casino Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies targeting potential players, assist in developing premium and junket markets, and ensure in-house host teams perform expected tasks. Key responsibilities include creating business development requirements, developing sales action plans, and reviewing player entitlements. The ideal candidate has at least a year of college completed, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and at least three years of experience in gaming, sales, or hospitality. They should have experience in people management, sales, marketing, and project management, as well as flexibility to work varying shifts and exposure to a smoking environment. Additionally, they should have basic PC operational skills and knowledge in office applications such as MS Word and Excel. Their duties include acquiring new customers, building and managing relationships with junket groups, creating and implementing retention programs, and tracking player activity. They must also ensure staff compliance to policies and procedures, approve complimentary hotel bookings, and mentor direct reports on customer service and conversion. They are responsible for conducting performance evaluations, creating VIP player profiles, and facilitating new player onboarding. The Business Development Manager must consistently act in line with organization values, cascade department KPIs, and monitor achievement of targets. They must also enforce discipline and proper behavioral traits to subordinates and provide feedback on performance of team members. The ideal candidate should be organized, have great attention to details, and be flexible to work on varying shifts and time schedules. They should also be willing to work in a smoking environment and have basic PC operational skills and knowledge in office applications.
