Job Summary:

The Virtual Assistant Success Coach plays a pivotal role in driving win-win outcomes for both clients and virtual assistants. This position requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to foster long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement success strategies for clients and virtual assistants
  • Lead video interactions with international clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coach and mentor virtual assistants to achieve peak performance
  • Bridge communication between clients and VAs to prevent misunderstandings
  • Foster lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth and success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an EA/VA with international clients (US/AU preferred)
  • Client success experience ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships
  • Team coordination experience coordinating, mentoring, or supporting others
  • Excellent English communication skills for executive interactions
  • Results-driven mindset understanding what drives client satisfaction and employee success
