Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Airbnb and Vrbo Management

Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive virtual assistant to support our team with the daily operations of Airbnb and Vrbo listings. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing online listings, managing customer communications, and adjusting pricing strategies to ensure competitive rates in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Airbnb & Vrbo Management: Oversee daily operations of Airbnb and Vrbo listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility; Respond to guest inquiries and manage booking processes efficiently; Ensure that all guest communication is prompt, professional, and personalized.
  • Online Pricing: Monitor and adjust pricing on platforms to ensure competitive and profitable rates; Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal pricing strategies are in place.

Requirements: Experience with Airbnb and/or Vrbo property management is a plus. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings at once is also required. Knowledge of pricing strategies and market research is necessary. Proficiency in online platforms and tools (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) is expected. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Working Conditions: Full-time remote position, requiring strong time management and self-motivation skills.
