Creative Project Manager Job Description

As a seasoned professional with experience in managing creative teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Guarantee that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster communication and collaboration within the creative team.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Report directly to senior management on project status and team performance.

About the Role

We seek a highly organized and influential Creative Project Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp, with knowledge of other project management tools beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
