Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues and incidents promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely closure of production tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and assess Service Requests raised by stakeholders to ensure development aligns with committed schedules.
  • Act as an alternate Scrum Master when required.
  • Support the Scrum Master and Product Owner in managing the project portfolio.
  • Assume the role of pseudo-Product Owner as needed.
