About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing large engineering teams, directing engineering managers and senior engineers, and providing technical input into new business ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business strategy and objectives
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps to achieve business goals
  • Manage and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to succeed
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Experience managing large engineering teams (25+ people)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical expertise in software development and engineering principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
