The key responsibility of the Compliance Administrator lies in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
This role presents an opportunity for a skilled administrator to contribute to maintaining our high level of compliance by performing administrative tasks, managing plant registrations and Strata Hub maintenance, verifying pool compliance, and registering cooling towers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Key Tasks:
- Compliance Administration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statement)
- Plant Registration and Maintenance: Manage plant registration and Strata Hub maintenance
- Pools and Cooling Towers: Verify pool compliance and register cooling towers
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as required
- Additional Duties: Assist with any other duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Australian real estate management
- At least 1 year of strata, property, and building experience
- Data entry skills and experience with general administrative duties
- Intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite skills
- Strata Master software knowledge is an asset but not essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and flexible individual who can work under pressure
