This includes sourcing nurses for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care environments, screening candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria, managing multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards, and utilizing advanced technology platforms for efficient sourcing.
Main Responsibilities:- Source qualified nurses for diverse healthcare settings
- Screen candidates based on specialized skills and client requirements
- Manage complex requisitions while upholding exceptional quality standards
- Optimize sourcing processes using cutting-edge technology platforms
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
