Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, with a focus on Western Australian laws and compliance frameworks.

  • A solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation, especially WA-specific regulations.
  • Prior experience managing or advising on HR matters related to Fair Work, Industrial Relations (WA), and public or private sector employment frameworks.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
