Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Marketplace Manager to lead our online sales channels on Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and other major platforms. This strategic role involves managing product listings, overseeing marketplace operations, and driving growth through data analysis and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Product Listings: Ensure accuracy and visibility of products across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Marketplace Operations: Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions to maximize revenue.
  • Keyword Research and SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain full compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
  • Sales Analysis and Growth: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Troubleshooting and Platform Updates: Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues and stay up-to-date with platform updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven E-commerce Experience: Strong experience managing e-commerce platforms, including Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Operations and Compliance Expertise: Excellent understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Product Optimization and Keyword Research: Proven experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets, and excellent problem-solving skills.
