Job Overview

This role is focused on building relationships with customers through online engagement and creating opportunities for growth. As a Social Media Engagement & Outreach Coordinator, you will develop skills in social media engagement, modern recruiting strategies, and work collaboratively with a team that values care, accountability, coachability, knowledge, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all comments, mentions, and direct messages on our social channels within 24 hours.
  • Engage meaningfully with followers' posts and stories by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
  • Identify and connect with real estate agents on LinkedIn and Instagram to establish relationships.
  • Initiate conversations by engaging with agents' posts before reaching out.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups daily to nurture relationships.
  • Monitor hashtags and keywords using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Zoho Social to stay informed about industry trends and join relevant conversations.
  • Manage ManyChat automation flows for IG and FB to ensure fast, consistent replies, tagging, and lead capture.
  • Track and log all outreach efforts in our CRM system.
  • Analyze data using analytics tools to refine strategy and improve results.
Performance Metrics
  • 100% of comments/DMs answered within 24 hours.
  • 20+ meaningful agent interactions per day (comments, DMs, outreach).
  • 30+ new real estate agents added to CRM weekly.
  • 10+ recruiting conversations per week that progress beyond initial contact.
