
Sales Growth Specialist

This role is responsible for engaging clients to present relevant product solutions that align with the company's growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales management processes, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Engage clients to present relevant product solutions through sales programs, engagements, virtual meetings or online appointments based on client needs and fulfillment of service requests.
- Process account openings of straight-through fallouts and ensure all KYC and documentary requirements are complete and properly safekept or stored.
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients as required, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are performed.
- Endorse applications to business units for processing, and close monitor and provide regular updates on clients' account opening or product application.
- Promote the enrollment and active usage of digital channels and platforms, enhancing client convenience and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of sales management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with products and services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client rapport and identifying financial needs.
- Cross-selling and customer service skills.
- Probing and spotting opportunities; skill in uncovering needs of clients during conversations.
- High level of integrity; reliable and trustworthy; takes accountability.
- Possesses good work ethics and positive attitude and behavior.
- Enhanced client convenience and engagement through digital channels and platforms.
