Franchise Business Development Manager

Philippine FoodAsia Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Franchise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our franchise operations team, you will be responsible for assisting new franchisees in opening new stores, resolving franchisee concerns, and serving as a liaison between franchisees and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new franchisees in opening new stores and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the company, ensuring that franchisees are aligned with company direction, processes, branding, and promotions.
- Oversee franchisee orders of stocks and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables from franchisees.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to support franchise-owned stores.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a franchise-related or business development role.
- Proficient in franchise terms and contracts.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commute or relocate to Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
