Revenue System Architect

We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot expert to design, build, and optimize revenue systems for our entire GTM infrastructure.

This role involves owning strategy, automation, and reporting. You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields.

  • System Ownership & Strategy
  • Create and maintain the entire HubSpot infrastructure.
  • Identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute them efficiently.
  • Full Funnel Ops & Automation
  • Build and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts.
  • Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment.
  • Reporting & Attribution
  • Create executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Manage multi-touch attribution models to provide actionable insights for Marketing, BDRs, and Sales.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of HubSpot ownership in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • A strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams.
