Job Overview

As a seasoned growth expert, we seek a highly analytical and creative Growth Optimization Specialist to join our team. With deep expertise in experimentation, data analysis, and strategic planning, this role is pivotal in driving measurable revenue growth and customer success outcomes.

This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and analyze experiments that optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive scalable results.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
  • Use analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize highest-impact opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business impact.
  • Partner with leadership to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Growth, CRO, or related roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience running experiments at scale (10–600M users/visitors).
Nice to Have:
  • SaaS / growth-stage company experience.
  • Understanding of retention marketing and email optimization.
  • Exposure to large-scale personalization and segmentation strategies.
