Business Development Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for researching and building targeted lead lists, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales calls.
This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently to foster client relationships and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Research and Build Targeted Lead Lists: Utilize industry tools like Apollo to develop and maintain accurate and relevant lead lists.
- Execute Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and promote our services.
- Conduct Outbound Sales Calls: Qualify leads and set appointments through regular phone calls and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve results.
- Track and Report Metrics: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in lead generation or sales is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
- Lead Generation: Ability to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
- Cold Calling: Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency to manage lead lists, campaign data, and CRM input.
- Part-time Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm EST.
- Schedule Flexibility: Option to work from home or our office.
