NetSuite Financial Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite expert to lead high-impact financial workflows and post-go-live support for fast-scaling clients. This role is ideal for someone who can design clean, scalable systems for subscription and usage-based billing.

This position requires expertise in Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting, as well as deep understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions.

  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is necessary
  • Strong grasp of ASC 606 and revenue compliance best practices is required

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to break down technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex NetSuite financial solutions
  • Architect subscription-based and metered billing workflows
  • Guide clients through multi-entity and intercompany setups
  • Configure Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules, and best-practice reporting
  • Optimize Project Accounting modules for time tracking, milestone billing, and revenue recognition

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience
  • Proven expertise in ARM, SuiteBilling, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting
  • Deep understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions
