Overview:
At our company, we're looking for a highly skilled HubSpot expert to take our sales and marketing engine to the next level. If you have a passion for building scalable marketing campaigns that directly drive revenue, this role is for you.
This full-time position combines deep technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills, including automation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and optimizing our HubSpot platform, ensuring our sales, marketing, and service teams are fully aligned and equipped to drive growth.
We're seeking a talented professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub. A strong marketing background with a track record in B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM is also essential. Experience in MSP/IT services, SaaS, or B2B professional services is preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to design and launch automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages. They will also optimize lead scoring, handoffs, and attribution reporting to align sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, they will partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline acceleration and improve conversion rates.
">Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Administration & Optimization:
- Administer and optimize our HubSpot platform to ensure seamless integration across all databases.
- Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:
- Design and execute automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages.
- Optimize lead scoring, handoffs, and attribution reporting to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Revenue & Growth Marketing:
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to attract and convert SMB executives.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline acceleration and improve conversion rates.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Act as a thought partner to executive management on HubSpot strategy and growth initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub.
- Strong marketing background with a track record in B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.
- Experience in MSP/IT services, SaaS, or B2B professional services is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
