Job Overview

The IT Operations Associate role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for delivering and implementing plans for Network Operating Center, Server, Database, and Network. This position entails allocating resources to requests within agreed Service Level Agreements, requiring high coordination with other teams to deliver services.

This individual will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing network devices, servers, and databases, as well as maintaining technical documentation and collaborating with various teams. The IT Operations Associate will also prepare and submit accurate reports, conduct software testing, and assist in deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze network devices, servers, and databases to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Maintenance Coordination: Inform maintenance teams of Rail device status and continuously monitor until maintenance advises that device availability has been restored.
  3. Critical Processing Failures: Monitor EOD (Clearing House Settlement) status and immediately notify and rectify critical processing failures.
  4. Backend Application Services: Monitor the stability of Backend Application services in AFPI Office, Rail, and non-rail systems.
  5. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  6. Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with different teams, including PDDEV, BD, RSD, HR, etc.
  7. Reporting and KPIs: Prepare and submit accurate KPI 1, 8, and 9 for Rail reports.
  8. Software Testing and Deployment: Conduct testing for RAIL software applications such as POS, GATE, and TVM apps, and assist in deployment.
