As a vital component of our IT infrastructure, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional user experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal technology issues, providing direct assistance to end-users via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve basic technical support issues, escalating unresolved cases after 1 hour of investigation/troubleshooting
  • Manage user account provisioning and deprovisioning across various platforms
  • Configure and deploy new Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune policies
  • Support users with desktop/laptop issues, mobile device setup, email configuration, and printer problems
  • Install and configure business applications and tools
  • Log all support interactions and resolutions with precision and within service level agreement (SLA) expectations

Working closely with our IT Manager and Technical Support Specialist, you will identify knowledge gaps and track them for documentation updates, monitor recurring issues, and flag opportunities for process refinement. You will also provide new hire onboarding support and assist with email quarantines.
