Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure specialist to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.

This individual will provide level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and modern workplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the service desk, level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.
  • Stay current with developments in Microsoft technologies, security, and modern IT practices.
