About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards.
  • Support process improvement and technology implementation in all systems used in the branch.
  • Engage with clients and offer an excellent customer service experience.
  • Work systematically to maintain administrative functions delegated to you.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to deal with complexity, efficient in decision-making, diligent, and practices effective time management.
  • Controlling and monitoring skills and sense of security awareness.
