We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our Operations group. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and expert level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications.

Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, screening and hiring caregivers, communicating regularly with field staff, and managing the service delivery platform to meet company standards.

You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service, preparing daily and weekly staffing reports, supporting payroll functions, and providing HR support to healthcare workers.

This is a full-time remote position working with our US-based team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be respectful and professional, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
