Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AIRS EIN Expert to provide specialized support for our clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining EINs on behalf of clients and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to represent clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain EINs for clients via phone contact with the IRS during business hours.
  • Represent clients in accordance with IRS regulations and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Manage and track EIN applications, identifying and addressing any issues or follow-ups efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement processes for submitting ITIN applications to external vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with the IRS on various cases, particularly involving EIN acquisition.
  • Active PTIN number, SSN number, or certification as a CAA (Certified Acceptance Agent) or EA (Enrolled Agent).
  • Strong understanding of IRS procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent clients professionally.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience processing ITIN applications.
  • Reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of IRS abatements and POAs.
