This is a unique opportunity to join an esteemed team of professionals in the sales and customer service industry. As a Call Quality Coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-lasting relationships with clients through top-notch call and email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions.
Main Responsibilities- You will conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls and emails.
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person, ensuring seamless onboarding and development.
- Contribute to training strategy and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals.
- Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities, driving business growth and excellence.
- Recognize and act on sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue.
- Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales/customer service roles.
- 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience assessing inbound and outbound calls and emails, with a keen eye for detail.
- SME business environment experience, with a deep understanding of operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
- A demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration.
- A strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes.
- A customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with expertise in productivity tools.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
