Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve intricate technical issues
  • Customize communication style to different audiences
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-manage and recognize patterns to improve processes
Requirements:
  • C1 level of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 1 year professional customer service experience
  • Experience supporting customers via email, chat, or phone
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of productivity tools
  • Experience with helpdesk software
  • High typing speed (40 WPM minimum)
  • Interest in e-commerce with possible previous experience managing e-commerce clients
