About the Job

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in bookkeeping and billing, with experience working in a fast-paced remote environment.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats across financial operations, such as performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, refunds, and credits, maintaining and organizing financial records, investigating and resolving finance-related support issues, and supporting ad-hoc financial operations tasks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and journal entries
  • Process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
  • Investigate and resolve finance-related support issues
  • Support ad-hoc financial operations tasks and data entry
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
Requirements
  • Key Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Highly organized and dependable with solid time management
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently without frequent escalation
  • Comfortable working with communication tools like Slack and Gmail
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift (9 PM–6 AM Manila time) and full-time during any US time zone (EST/CST preferred)
