Compensation and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for administering the company's payroll, benefits, and employee leaves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process timely and accurate payroll data, including timekeeping and payroll systems for all employees.
- Run daily, weekly, and semi-monthly variance reports to ensure compliance with time and attendance guidelines.
- Work closely with management to bring employees into compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparation of pre-payroll processing activities.
- Process payroll for employees twice a month.
- Review payroll transactions and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years work-related experience in BPO or Shared Services environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in QuickBooks software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
