Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage incoming pre-settlement funding applications, build client relationships, and guide applicants through the funding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and Case Management: Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications, communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers, and provide compassionate and efficient guidance throughout the funding process.
  • Document Review and Evaluation: Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submissions.
  • Process and System Optimization: Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses, monitor progress of applications, and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
  • Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
