We are seeking a talented Legal Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys and senior paralegals in preparing digital materials for virtual hearings, mediations, and court appearances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting and formatting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and client correspondence under supervision.
  • Support attorneys in preparing digital materials for virtual hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Organize and maintain electronic case files in compliance with firm standards; ensure all documents are uploaded, labeled, and stored correctly.
  • Coordinate with third parties—such as expert witnesses, process servers, and court clerks—via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Respond to client communications (email, calls, or text) in a timely and professional manner, routing complex matters to senior staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal administration or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
