Job Description:

This is a dynamic and diverse role that supports students' academic success by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives
  • Monitor and track student progress to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide outstanding support to students and their families through quality customer service
  • Operate effectively in a virtual environment to meet business needs
  • Maintain standards for people, financial, and academic performance
  • Ensure timely delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners
  • Meet operational excellence standards to drive business growth
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Operations including answering phones, managing data, and creating schedules
  • Manage class schedules to efficiently staff sessions and meet company targets
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Conduct regular conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments
  • Other responsibilities as required by the business
