Our organization is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Phone Sales Representative to work from home. This role offers the chance to provide exceptional services, build relationships with clients, and grow your career in a dynamic environment.
Job OverviewAs a Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and on-boarding new accounts. Your primary focus will be to conduct brief qualifying phone interviews and enroll/sell new professionals using a soft, scripted one-call close method. You will have the opportunity to interact with hard-working and committed professional women from around the world, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Following up with applicants by phone, utilizing a platform that handles manual dialing for efficiency.
- Conducting quick qualifying phone interviews to gather information and build profiles for prospects.
- Reviewing program pricing and benefits after interviews to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Closing applicants on selecting and purchasing programs, meeting client needs and expectations.
- This role does not involve cold calling, as each applicant has submitted a detailed online application and expressed interest in joining our organization.
- The primary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to measure success is the number of new clients enrolled on a weekly basis.
- This position emphasizes client experience, making it a low-pressure sales-focused role where professionals can thrive and achieve success.
