Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and internal teams
  • Manage day-to-day communications and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales, account management, and customer service experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate and hold conversations with decision-makers
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Extremely well organized and detailed-oriented with excellent time management in a fast-paced work environment
