We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service support and lead generation assistance to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities through consultation booking and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Provide top-notch customer support via various communication channels, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize key tools such as CRM systems, proprietary software, and communication platforms to streamline operations and maintain accurate data records.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to follow up on leads and guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant services that cater to customer needs.
  • Perform precise data entry to ensure customer records are always up-to-date in our system.
  • Document every interaction in client files for seamless future reference.
  • Employ strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
  • Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions or services to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to understand diverse accents.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred) is an asset.
  • General computer proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and communication tools is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency are required.
  • Ability to work independently with a fast, reliable internet connection (minimum 70 Mbps, 200 Mbps above is preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred but not necessary.
