Job Title: Bilingual Jr Dispatcher for Solar Account

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Jr Dispatcher for a solar account. This is a direct hire opportunity with a US-based company, offering a unique chance to work remotely and utilize your communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contacting clients to verify key information and ensuring site readiness
  • Providing reminder calls prior to scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns
  • Handling scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes, making adjustments as needed

Requirements include:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week
  • Previous experience in solar appointment coordination

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $5 USD per hour, with additional earning potential through sales commissions.
